We never track our packages for our customers and our safety. Except if it’s UK Tracked Delivery , you can get RM tracking nr 2hours after sent-out time.

You are able to cancel your order just by not paying for it. Think twice before you pay.
As soon as we receive the payment, there is no way your order can be canceled.
Our experience shows that 98% percent of the reasons why customers do not receive their orders is a wrong delivery address provided.
Always double-check the address before sending it to us.
If the address is correct, there is no reason why you would not receive it.
On the other hand, if the reason of your order not arriving is known to us, we will definitely find a solution.
The UK Royal Mail 1st class takes 1day to be delivered and is free on all orders.
The shipping to Ireland and EU may take up to 3-5days cause we ship as priority. The price of shipping is 12 pounds, the size of an order does not matter.
